A New Kitchen for the Castle

From January 15 through February 11, 2027, we will be renovating our main kitchen so that we can treat you to even better culinary experiences afterward.

New Wine Bar at the Winzerhof

On March 25, 2027, the wine bar at the Ross & Rose Winery will open its doors. Regional wines, hearty cuisine, and the historic winery invite you to enjoy a relaxing time on the Middle Rhine.
